Formalising The Order And Payment

Customer’s shopping basket is created when the Customer clicks on the ‘Add’ or ‘Add to Basket’ buttons, after which the Customer can either continue browsing the products or begin ordering. Before the order is formalised, it is possible to add, change or delete products in the shopping basket.

Displayed product images are illustrative and the actual product may look different.

To formalise the order one must click on the button ‘Formalising the order’, where the Customer must insert the data required, to enable Salonshop to contact the Customer when necessary and issue the invoice.

Trouble-free delivery of the goods purchased by the Customer depends on the accuracy of the data provided with the order.

After the order is confirmed by clicking on the ‘Confirm order’ button, the system provides a prepayment invoice, which is payable directly by following the link to your banks. After the prepayment has been made the Customer can no longer modify the order.

Contract of sale is considered to be in force when the credit card payment has been confirmed.

When credit card payment is made (Visa, MasterCard) – after the order is finalised the Client is redirected for payment to the safe environment of Nets Estonia AS. A prefilled payment order showing the amount to be paid is displayed. If the credit card number, security code (3 digit code at the back of the card) and the expiration date are entered, Nets Estonia authorizes the transaction for the Customers bank. Delivery of the goods

Customer´s order will be sent out from Salonshop´s warehouse within 3 working days, after the credit card payment has been confirmed.

Products will be delivered to Customer by DPD delivery service www.dpd.com

Force Majeure

Either party is not liable and either party’s behaviour is not considered as a violation of these Terms if any delay or non-performance of the sales contract occurs due to reasons not controllable by the said party (force majeure).

Shipping & Tracking

Salonshop Return Policy is a part of Salonshop Terms & Conditions of Sale. Customer´s order will be released from Salonshop´s warehouse within 3 working days, after the credit card payment has been confirmed.

Salonshop is liable to notify the Customer immediately of any changes in delivery time.

The accuracy and correctness of the data provided in the order is vital to avoid any delays or misunderstandings in the delivery of the goods. Salonshop and the delivery service company take no responsibility for any delays or misunderstandings resulting from the incorrectness of the data provided by the Customer in the formalised order.

Products will be delivered to Customer by DPD parcel delivery service according to DPD delivery terms & conditions. Salonshop will provide Customer by an e-mail with order tracking number, after the order has left Salonshop´s warehouse. The Customer can track the parcel on-line by entering order tracking number in DPD website www.dpd.com.

All goods will be delivered free of charge, if total order value exceeds 44,90 euros in Zone 1 and 79,90 euros in Zone 2. Otherwise there will be added delivery cost to all orders according delivery Zones. Delivery cost to Zone 1 countries is 9,90 euros (including VAT) and Zone 2 countries 29,90 euros (including VAT).

Products are handed over to the Customer by the delivery service based on the delivery note. Before accepting the delivery and signing the delivery note, Salonshop recommends inspection of the packaging, in case of any visible damage. In the event of damage, Salonshop recommends that the Customer refuse to receive the goods. By signing the delivery note the Customer confirms that the packaging was either intact or the Customer was satisfied with the condition of the packaging (the products were not damaged) at the moment of handover.

When the packaging is damaged the product should be returned to the courier and relevant information provided either by an e-mail to info@salon24.eu or by calling us at +372 6 777 328.

Salonshop retains the right not to deliver products already ordered when the product is out of stock. When Salonshop is unable to fulfill the order a Salonshop representative will contact the Customer and provide alternative offers within a period of 3 working days since the order was formalised. If the Customer does not wish to receive any alternative goods and has already paid for the order, Salonshop will make a full refund to the Customer (person who made the payment) within 14 days of the date the payment reached Salonshop’s bank account.

Goods are handed over only to the Customer (person who made the order) in person. Third parties can receive the goods only when there is a previous agreement with the Customer and there is an authorisation document provided by the Customer
